Pressure thermoforming is a high-precision technology. It allows us to get sophisticated details on the molded part, which can be compared to an injection molded part.
This thermoforming technique consists of applying air suction to the mold as well as simultaneously blowing air using a pressure box
The size of the parts that we can mold can reach 6 feet x 8 feet, up to a depth of 30 inches.
We create pressure thermoformed parts with negative-draft, undercuts ares.
Tool manufacturing is often very complex in order to achieve these results.
