Plastitel has developed a special expertise by refining its thermoforming techniques to produce twin-sheet thermoformed parts. With this technique, it is possible to make double-sided parts with a hollow core. Two moulds are used to shape and merge together two heated sheets of plastic, creating a sturdy joint.

The twin-sheet mould enables us to produce sealed parts
with superior mechanical resistance. We can even integrate mechanical fasteners during the moulding process.
